To kick off the weekend, we’ll be featuring a before and after floor plan each week to show you how good design can transform an entire space. At Mountainwood Homes, our goal is to solve your design dilemmas. A successful remodel not only improves the aesthetic of the space, but also how it functions. Even the smallest improvements can change your daily routine. Each client has a different need, so we’ve heard them all. Whether you’re shouting, “More storage!” “Better functionality for cooking!” “Open concept for entertaining!” “Tired of the dated look!” We can help you get there.
This mid-1980s home in Lake Oswego needed an update. Not only was the look outdated, the main floor didn’t function as well as it could for this family. The clients desired an open concept, so down came some walls, kitchen appliance locations changed, and now the space has much better flow.
