Scope of Work

As longtime members of Royal Oaks Country Club, our clients always kept an eye out for homes in the neighborhood to hit the market and jumped at the opportunity to make this 1965 ranch their own. With their two sons away at college, this was the perfect time for a change of scenery and to live on the links. They knew the home needed a remodel before they unpacked their boxes and couldn’t wait to put their “60s glam” touch on the space. We aligned the exterior walls which allowed for a larger kitchen with a vaulted ceiling that connected the interior with the new, covered patio exterior area. Additionally, we reconfigured the master and guest baths to better utilize the space and created a dedicated office and laundry area within the existing footprint.
