How We Work

Collaborate with our talented team to discover what’s possible with your home, figure out the details, and watch it come together from concept to completion.

Initial Contact
Let’s get started! Call or email us to schedule a site visit to your home, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
Site Visit
A Project Developer will meet with you at your home to look at your projects. They will listen to what’s not working in the space, discuss the scope of work, timing, and investment range. By the end of the meeting, if we decide that it is a mutually good fit to move forward, we will discuss the next step to work together.
Design Agreement
We sign a Design Agreement, and the team gets to work to find solutions for your needs. We will draw up your existing layout along with new possibilities and show you 3D renderings so you can envision your home with the improvements.
Sign Contract
Through the Design Agreement process, we’ve met your needs and budget. Next, you’ll sign our fixed-price proposal.
Finalize Design
Now is the fun part – the Design process! You will work with our talented, award-winning Design team to finalize the details and make your final material selections.
Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, we have a meeting to transition from the Design to the Construction phase and introduce you to your project manager, who will manage the day-to-day progress of your project. Don't worry! You still have the full support of our team, but your Project Manager has this stage handled.
Construction begins, and your Project Manager coordinates all the moving parts. He establishes a building schedule, provides you with daily progress reports, organizes the trade partners, and oversees your job.
Progress Check-ins
We use cloud-based software to communicate with you. It holds all the information related to your project, from design selections, messages between the team, updates from the project manager, and progress photos. You can also view the construction schedule and make your payments.
Once your project is complete, enjoy your home with peace of mind. We stand behind our work and are happy to take care of any issues that may come up; we are building clients for life.
