We are so sad to hear of the passing of legendary actress Mary Tyler Moore today; she was 80 years old.

Moore gained fame from starring on the 1960s sitcom “The Dick Van Dyke Show” and the 1970s sitcom “The Mary Tyler Moore Show.”

Television shows have the ability to transport us into their world, and the the homes portrayed onscreen hold special meaning over time.

Moore’s character, Mary Richards, worked as a local news producer in Minneapolis. She moved into a third-story apartment in a Queen Anne Victorian home and became neighbors with the infamous Rhoda.
