Construction is underway to remodel our client’s 2003 home in Sherwood, Oregon. After living in their Renaissance Home for the past 18 years, it is time to modernize the home to reflect their current style.
The main goal was to make sure everything could withstand their active family. Their backyard pool draws friends and family over to hang out, so it was important to create an indoor/outdoor living space and select hardworking family-friendly materials. All the carpet was removed from the main level and will be replaced with waterproof hardwood flooring throughout. They plan to live in this home forever, so it was time to refresh the look and feel of their beautiful home.
