From the first appointment to signing a contract, emotions are running high. Depending on your project, this is a large sum of money, time, and getting to the point of pulling the remodeling trigger can be a long process for clients. Many of our clients have dreamed about getting their project done for years. The “let’s do this!” attitude is infectious, and we are thrilled to work with you to bring your vision to life. It doesn’t matter the scale of the project, embarking on a remodeling project is a big deal for clients, and we don’t take that lightly.
The decision-making process can be overwhelming to some clients. How can you be sure that your selections will work? Our award-winning design team is skilled in making smart decisions that make beautiful spaces. This requires one key component – trust. Once one decision is made, the others fall into place. Our process is designed to take the remodel in stages – first selecting plumbing, surfaces, appliances, hardware, paint, etc. We take one thing at a time to make sure it’s not overwhelming for the homeowner and also so we can devote the time and attention needed to make your selections.
Once all of the selections are made, the project is handed over to your Project Manager. This is exciting! You are seeing daily progress in your home, and you can begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel. This is also when your family really experiences all that comes with remodeling. For a kitchen remodel, you are out of your kitchen. From a stack of take-out menus, to a camp set up in your garage, the lifestyle you’re used to is put to the test for a little while. In the end, the inconvenience you feel is more than worth it once you make that first meal in your brand new kitchen.
Your Project Manager has experience running hundreds and hundreds of projects so you can feel confident that they are able to schedule the many trade partners needed to keep your timeline on track. There’s both a science and an art to running a remodeling project. Ivan, Steve and team in the field are top notch, and it’s no wonder our past clients love them so much.
