concept to completion: our new home show booth

It’s safe to say that we’ve recovered from the Fall Home & Garden Show from a few weeks ago. We met so many great potential clients, and we are excited to get to work on all of your kitchen, bathroom, addition and new home projects.

You may have noticed that we debuted a brand new home show booth this fall. We loved our old booth, but it was time to give our space a remodel of its own. Instead of our usual 10×10 space, we upped the anty to a 20 foot space.

Our old, home show booth. Thanks for the memories, old friend!

Like any remodel, we followed our proven process to get this project complete on-time and in budget. First we came up with the concept of the layout of the booth. After drawings, renderings and a model of the booth, we were ready for materials.

We chose a cabinet design and stain, surfaces, tiles, paint colors, and flooring. Like a home, this booth had to flow and give off the vibe of Mountainwood Homes. We went with a more contemporary take on our booth space.

The graphics of the curved wall and the triangular column display what we do – Kitchens, Baths and Design/Build – and the images paint the story of Mountainwood Homes. At past home shows, people would walk by and see that we could do kitchens, but they’d often ask, “Do you guys do Bath remodels?” We do it all; and our new booth had to reflect all the different areas of building we can help you with.

Complete with a massive 80″ TV, we created a slideshow of before and after photos of projects. From typical 90s kitchens, additions and transformed bathroom spaces, potential clients are able to see their own project in our before photos and envision the outcome.
