For an active and athletic Portland couple, their bathroom needed to feel rejuvenating. While they were happy with their existing layout, they wanted to replace the large tub surround with a freestanding tub and upgrade the fixtures and materials for a more updated look. The homeowners turned to Tracy McGuire Interiors and Mountainwood Homes to transform their 2002 Northwest Portland bathroom into a serene space.

Solutions
- Removed large tub surround and replaced with freestanding tub
- Created an all-glass, curbless shower
- Kept plumbing in the existing locations and did not change the floorplan, which shows you can achieve a new look by updating all selections
- Installed new plumbing fixtures that included undermount sinks, freestanding tub, tub filler, and showerheads
