After years of searching, our clients purchased a 1979 home tucked away in one of West Linn’s most desirable locations and they were eager to transform it into their forever home.
The goal was to create a timeless feel and better function for the long haul, and the kitchen was reconfigured to create a better flow.
The appliances were moved, the angled soffit was eliminated, and the island was rebuilt to be more functional with large drawers specific to how they live.
The homeowner said, “It’s all about the hood!” The relocated cooktop creates a focal point on the back wall. The decorative accent tile and Oak wood band on the hood tie the entire room together.
