We don’t have a one-size-fits-all model. There are too many variables to talk about that will affect the cost-per-square-foot number such as amenity levels, lot conditions, or permit costs. These factors can be big numbers that add to the cost of construction. We will work with you to understand what investment level you need to be at so we can design to your budget. A typical range is in the $300-450 per square foot range.

A real estate agent can help you find one that meets your needs, price point, and lifestyle you want to live.
