Home sweet hometown.
This young couple decided to trade their spacious, new construction home in Southwest Portland for a mid-century modern charmer near downtown Camas, Washington. Returning to her hometown to raise their daughter was an easy sell – great schools and close to family. With the recent home purchase, they were eager to infuse their style onto its original 1959 kitchen, an untouched, nostalgic time capsule that was well-maintained. The Camas whole house remodel retains the original character but functions for today.

We had an original 1959 home that had never been remodeled. It's so wonderful. We always loved the home, and now it's functional, cozy, and modern!
