McKenzie Bullier

McKenzie Bullier brings a thoughtful, artistic, and detail-driven approach to her role as Design Coordinator at Mountainwood Homes. As a Portland native, she combines over six years of industry experience with a natural ability to anticipate needs and keep projects moving forward. If she could write her own job title, it would be “Design Detective,” a fitting description for someone known for catching details others might miss and thinking a step ahead.

Her path into design has been shaped by a wide range of experiences across the industry. McKenzie has worked with design-build firms, tile and furniture showrooms, and independent designers, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the entire process of designing and building a home. That perspective shows up in her work every day, helping bridge communication between design ideas and real-world execution.

She’s especially drawn to the balance of creativity and logic in her role. Whether she’s supporting the design team or helping communicate solutions, McKenzie uses both her artistic eye and analytical thinking to bring clarity to each project. Seeing homeowners get excited about their future space and watching those ideas come to life is what keeps her motivated.

That balance carries through in her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and caring nature. She’s someone her team can rely on, anticipating needs before they’re asked and stepping in wherever she can add value. That mindset started early. Her first job as a childcare provider shaped her ability to stay patient, organized, and attentive to others.

McKenzie was drawn to Mountainwood for its growth opportunities and values the relationships she’s built with her team. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, painting, and staying active through sports like basketball, soccer, and disc golf. She also enjoys video games and board games. Time at Cannon Beach with her husband Ryan and a future trip to Japan round out her list.
